Careers
In an era where virtually every consulting firm is large and burdened with excess
overhead for marketing professionals, upper management, accountants, and
contract specialists, Nero separates itself by having none of these positions on staff.
This means lower rates for our clients which is a sizable competitive advantage over
top heavy consultants and most importantly, it causes significantly less stress on
staff having to bear the burden of non-billable staff. Having worked for larger firms,
we know the stress of maintaining utilization to retain company profitability while
those that impose that stress are often the ones inflicting the excess weight.
Not at Nero! Virtually all of our efforts are devoted to doing project work for our clients. This culture allows our staff to perform at their highest potential, doing what they love and do best—engineering solutions with their clients. Potential hires are encouraged to chat with our staff to hear firsthand about our culture and the management pressures imposed upon them. Contact information for our staff can be found on the main page of our website.
Don’t let our size deter you from thinking we only work on small projects. Because of our process efficiencies, we can execute small to large projects to an extremely high standard. We have successfully led our clients through projects that range from $10,000 to $60 million. We have developed a reputation for our water and wastewater treatment process expertise and are fortunate to have many interesting and exciting project opportunities. Feel free to follow the YouTube link below to watch some of our construction videos we prepare to highlight progress through projects.
